formation, genesis — the act of bringing something into being.
Takween is an AI studio — part consultancy, part product company, part embedded engineering team. We exist for the moment organizations stop asking “what could AI do?” and start asking “how do we actually ship this?”

We’re bilingual, research-literate, and deliberately small — which means senior engineers do the work rather than hand it off.

Questions we get asked.
Most start with a short discovery phase — one to two weeks where we audit your data, understand the business problem, and produce a written assessment. You own that document regardless of whether we continue together.
It depends on scope, and we’d rather scope honestly than quote blindly. Discovery engagements are fixed-price. Build projects are quoted after design. Embedded partnerships are a monthly retainer based on team size. We’ll give you a number before you commit to anything.
Yes. We’re based in Riyadh and work globally. Most collaboration is remote, with on-site time where the work genuinely calls for it.
Yes. We deploy to your cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructure, and we design around data residency and compliance constraints from the start rather than retrofitting them.
We’ll tell you. It happens regularly. A well-designed rules engine or a fixed reporting pipeline often beats a model, and recommending the wrong thing costs us more in the long run than an honest no.
Senior engineers. We’re deliberately small, so the people who scope your project are the people who build it. There’s no handoff to a junior bench after the pitch.
Yes, natively — not as an afterthought or a translation layer. Arabic language work, including dialect handling and right-to-left interfaces, is core to what we do.
Your choice. We hand over with documentation and training, stay on for ongoing evaluation and iteration, or some combination. Models drift and requirements change, so most clients keep some level of ongoing support.
